We come across a variety of odor problems.  But, the most common odor problems originate with our dear pets!  Identifying the location all contamination is vital.  

Often pet urine has saturated through the backing of the carpet and into the pad.  At times, with small areas,  the odor can be eliminated by chemical enzymes injected into the carpet pad.  A following rinse treatment with the powerful vacuum system from the truck may keep us from removing the contaminated pad.   We want to help you remove the odor, not just cover it over with masking deodorizers that usually fade away within a few days!
